As Co-Founder and Managing Director at Merge Design + Interactive, Riley’s 15 years of development and management experience and his undeniable ingenuity allows him to confidently understand client objectives and easily establish strong client relationships in order to generate and deliver inspiring interactive marketing solutions.

Using his professional, technical and creative aptitude to set the culture of the company, he also regularly oversees the strategy, development and direction of all projects and is able to grasp the complex requirements needed to develop, implement and deliver industry leading client solutions.

As a founding partner and Creative Director of Merge Design + Interactive, Lauren is responsible for making sure all creative work is on-target and aligned with the marketing strategies of our clients. She looks at the big picture and the small, and creates solid brand strategies that seamlessly integrate print and web initiatives.

With extensive experience in B2B, B2C and CPG she’s got the know-how and background to bring creative solutions to all projects in a way that maximizes brand messaging, creates impact, achieves maximum efficiency and delivers results.

Lauren oversees the vision, quality and operations of Merge's award-winning creative team, and works with Riley to steer the overall company direction.
