On November 4th, I was fortunate to be in Orlando at the 2025 Sitecore Symposium and got to see Sitecore unveil its surprising next phase… SitecoreAI.  SitecoreAI represents a significant evolution of their go-to-market strategy, unifying core digital experience capabilities—CMS, CDP & Personalize, Search, and DAM—under a single, AI-enabled architecture. 

At MERGE, we believe this marks a pivotal shift for marketers, especially those in the highly regulated healthcare sector, by delivering a single, intelligent platform that merges content with action.
We’re still learning all there is to know about this new approach and platform, but I’ve attempted to cover a few of the topics we discussed with the product team at Symposium.
What does a Unified Platform mean… to me?

The platform is now delivered as a single, integrated platform rather than as disconnected products or bundles. Every instance includes what was formerly known as XM Cloud as the foundation, plus entry-level access to CDP & Personalize, Search, and DAM, as well as unlimited Sitecore-built AI use cases.

No Forced Bundles or Migration Costs

If you are an existing XM Cloud customer, you will be automatically moved to the new SitecoreAI experience on November 10, 2025, with no new contract or added cost. They gain the new features and baseline entitlements without any disruption.

Grow-with-me Pricing

Customers only pay when they expand capacity or usage beyond the included entry-level tiers, offering flexibility and a more straightforward path to measurable ROI.
